As a Senior Technical Accountant, you will:

Be part of a fast-paced organization, with ownership over the revenue recognition process across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience with exposure in ASC 606 Revenue Recognition in a SaaS environment and allocation of revenue across muti-element arrangements.

• Prepare monthly analysis of proper revenue recognition, including partnering with colleagues in Finance, Sales and Legal to fully understand the nature of the deals.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and assist staff accountants in determining invoice amounts.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations including recommended resolution for aged items.
• Prepare internal month-end reporting and assist with appropriate SEC disclosures of revenue-related items.
• Research technical accounting guidance for appropriate revenue recognition treatment for new and evolving deal constructs.
• Support internal and external audit efforts.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to revenue recognition.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with NetSuite, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Blackline, GoTransverse a plus.
• CPA a plus.
