**Position Overview**:

As a Joy Bringer at Card My Yard Virginia Beach, you will be the heart and soul of our operations, responsible for delivering and setting up personalized yard signs at customers’ homes or businesses. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, and bringing smiles to people's faces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery and Setup**: Safely deliver and set up yard signs according to customer specifications. This includes arranging signs in a visually appealing manner and ensuring they are securely placed.

- **Customer Service**: Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details, answer any questions, and ensure a positive experience.

- **Timely Execution**: Manage your schedule to ensure that signs are delivered and set up on time, often during early morning or late evening hours.

- **Maintenance**: Perform routine checks on sign inventory to ensure all materials are in good condition. Clean and repair signs as necessary.

- **Social Media Engagement**: Take photos of completed setups (with customer permission) for social media sharing and company promotion.

- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any customer interactions.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work with other team members to coordinate deliveries and manage inventory.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Driver’s License**: Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting yard signs.

- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift and carry signs, often in varying weather conditions.

- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail to ensure signs are set up accurately and attractively.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

- **Time Management**: Ability to manage your schedule effectively and work independently.

- **Flexibility**: Availability to work during non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- **Positive Attitude**: A genuine desire to bring joy to others and be a representative of Card My Yard’s mission.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service, delivery, or a similar role.

- Social media savvy for capturing and sharing setups.
