Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is Hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician Near Greensboro, NC
Advanced Personnel Resources is looking for an Industrial Electrician or Industrial Maintenance Technician with electrical and mechanical experience! This individual will have the ability to work on electrical systems and mechanical systems throughout the production floor. This person will also be able to read schematics, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance technicians should be able to install, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, service and repair machinery, equipment and support equipment used in the production process both mechanical and electrical.
- Electrical troubleshooting ( not necessarily all repairs) for a shift maintenance tech is 75%of the job. Troubleshooting down to component level, replacing and rewiring as needed.
- This will include electric motors, motor starters and motor drives. Perform preventive maintenance on electric, and all other equipment.
- Read electrical schematics.
- This position will include pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical responsibilities include replacing sprockets, chains, bearings.
- Person will be responsible for changing granulator blades and extruder dies.
- Pneumatic work includes troubleshooting problems and component replacement. This would include solenoids, valves, regulators, filters, needle valves, etc.
