CAPSTONE NUTRITION is Hiring an Account Manager Near Ogden, UT

OVERVIEW: The Account Manager position’s primary purpose is to provide unequalled client service to both current and prospective business partners on a daily basis. This multi-faceted position is the touchstone for CRD client contact with the customer. In addition, as they are the day-to-day interface with our customers, they are tasked with building/maintaining outstanding relationships with our partners.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Is responsible for all customer service related activity, including:
  • Order receipt/placement
  • Order acknowledgement
  • Price maintenance
  • Change control
  • Problem solving
  • Building/maintaining outstanding relationships with customers, leading to unsurpassed client satisfaction
  • Work with other departmental resources (R&D, Sales, Project Management) to develop continuous improvement opportunities
  • Liaise with Sales Manager and Project Management in developing product specifications

· Champion the creation of highly effective cross functional and inter-departmental relationships through exceptional communication and practices

  • Review product specifications received from Project Management.
  • Generate deviations resulting from client changes
  • Liaise with Scheduling concerning production dates
  • Attend daily scheduling meetings
  • Provide periodic Open Order reports to client and discuss any issues contained therein
  • Review label/carton artwork
  • Arrange for shipment of product to the customer or customer specified warehouses
  • Close out sales order packet and send customer completion documentation.
  • Assist accounting in resolving unpaid invoices
  • Notify Sales Manager of any issues concerning relationship with client
  • Handle sensitive business issues in a professional manner at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Charge back added costs to clients (e.g.: plate charges and overtime)
  • Assist in necessary re-work processing

· Accountable for the quality of work

· Accurate and timely recording of information on specified documents

· Proper use and care of equipment and materials issued to work area

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years customer service/inside sales experience is a plus
  • Must speak, read and write the English language
  • Previous experience in sales and/or manufacturing in the Nutraceutical industry
  • Must possess strong computer skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills a must
  • Must exude high energy and professionalism
  • Driven to provide unequalled client service
  • Self-starter qualities essential
  • Must desire to work in a detail oriented work environment
  • Must desire to work in fast and sometimes stressful work environment

WORK CONDITIONS:

1. Office environment.

2. May occasionally be subject to high noise levels where hearing protection may be required.

3. May occasionally be subject to atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors, powders, dust and other particles.
