Capital Homes Georgia is Hiring a Remote Acquisition Specialist

Capital Homes is hiring Acquisition Specialists for our hedge fund, and we are actively looking for individuals with advanced conversation skills, a desire to gain knowledge, and a drive to become successful in an industry full of opportunity. You will be calling, offering, and closing leads Monday through Friday. Work hours will vary depending on your team placement, but can either be 2 hours of calling or 45 minutes. Our ideal Acquisition Specialist is a great communicator, passionate learner, great listener, and freedom driven individual. Ultimately, the responsibilities of our Acquisition Specialist are to gain the trust of various leads, and acquire as many properties that are presented from said leads. That is when the deal would be placed into our conveyor belt system for our Disposition and Transaction Coordination Department to automate the closing process from there.

- HIGHEST COMMISSION RATE IN THE INDUSTRY

Responsibilities

  • Following up with 20 assigned leads per day or calling leads for 2 hours per day (Mon.-Fri.).
  • Keep track of leads with our CRM system (Podio.com).
  • Be able to stay consistent within your work, without micromanagement.
  • Ask your manager as many questions when you first start, since the more your learn the more you earn in this business.

Skills

  • Ability to organize follow up calls (setting appointments to make offers, do negotiations, or send out contracts).
  • Familiarity with Google.
  • Excellent social skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to other's energy in conversation (control over tonality).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
