BPM Experience: 8 years of experience in working as a BPM Pega Lead Architect with Pega project experience in Lead role.

Experience/Expertise:

1.Owns the product – Provides technical leadership of the development in Pega and along with complete hands-on expertise.
2.Is knowledgeable enough to do the work and instruct/lead others on data model, security, reporting, performance, case life cycle, case hierarchy, UX/UI, error handling, and infrastructure.
3.Mentors the development team and instills best practices within the development team.
4.Leads quality checking and improves overall testing.
5.Prevents/catches errors/defects going into QA - reduce defect rate
6.Prevents/eliminates production errors with production releases with forethought in how bug fixes and enhancements impact other application functionality.
7.Has the technical capability to lead development of brand new workflows.
8.Is Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA) certified.
9.Provide the technical thought leadership in Pega design and also offers alternatives incorporating best practices
10.Validates and challenge user stories as well as provide expertise to more accurately point user stories.
11.Maintains guardrail scores within Pega best practices
12.Clearly communicates ideas with the team - verbally and written in user stories

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

• Qualification: 9 – 13 (3 years min relevant experience in the role) years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.

• Should be experienced in foundation, People Leadership, service & delivery.

• Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.

• Should be masters in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth.
