Job Description:
  • Work with Reporting & Analytics team and Salesforce Architecture team to capture functional and technical requirements to design overall Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) solution
  • Define and design integration architecture to CRMA using out of the box CRMA connectors or bespoke solutions using CRMA’s Data API
  • Define, design, and build CRMA data flows, datasets, and recipes
  • Define and design security architecture while considering personas and nature of CRMA dashboards
  • Assist with CRMA data-mapping
  • Estimate IT projects and analyze the short and long-term impacts of various tactical options
  • Drive commonality and reuse of data across LOBs
  • Document and gain approval on High Level Data, Integration Architecture Solution designs for CRMA
  • Document Technical Data, ETL, and Integration Architecture Designs for input to CRMA development team, which includes yourself
  • Provide support and technical guidance to development team to ensure implemented solutions are aligned with approved architectures and frameworks
Required Skills:
  • Must have 2 years of experience designing and implementing solutions for the ingestion of large volumes of 3rd party (not Salesforce) data by Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), formerly Tableau CRM, including creation of CRM datasets and recipes
  • Salesforce certification: Tableau CRM (now CRM Analytics)
  • Minimum 10 years of the following experience in relation to large data sets, BI, data analytics & visualization tools like Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, CRMA
o Consulting - Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
o Excellent knowledge of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS
o Data Architecture - Knowledge and ability to create models and standards to govern which data is collected, and how it is stored, arranged, integrated, and put to use in data systems and in organizations.
o Database Structures - Knowledge of and the ability to utilize appropriate database structures to organize and store data in a particular manner.
o Data Warehousing - Knowledge of how to collect data from different information sources and distribute them to users; ability to use this information to simplify information systems and make sound business decisions.
o IT Architecture - Knowledge of and ability to design and improve organizational IT structures and blueprints in order to better support business operations and efficiently achieve organizational objectives.
o Logical Data Modeling - Knowledge of and the ability to identify, create and document activities, tasks, processes and data requirements for a particular system under design.
o Organizational Leadership - Knowledge of, and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.
o Problem Solving - Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
o Requirements Analysis - Knowledge of methods and techniques to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements; ability to analyze these requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client.
  • You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.
  • You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualification: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certification: Has or seeking IAF level 1.
  • Should be proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.
  • Should be experienced in technology awareness & leveraging and innovation & growth capability.
