Years of IT Experience: 10-15

• Strong functional and technical knowledge in delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions, with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce
• At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead)
• Is Salesforce certified: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, one or more Designer certifications (for example Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture & Management, etc.)
• Technical Lead / Application Architect on at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
• Integration design experience (using APIs and IPaaS tools like Mulesoft, etc.)
• Strong Salesforce configuration experience, understanding of custom build using LWC, Visualforce and Apex
• Knowledge of/experience with Agile delivery framework

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
