Capella University Inc is Hiring a Program Manager Near Minneapolis, MN

The Program Manager, Omnichannel Performance and Delivery works closely with program sponsors, functional owners and the Omnichannel team to deliver quality automated communication projects on time. The Program Manager, Omnichannel Performance and Delivery will create, manage, and execute program roadmaps, schedules, reports, and analysis to ensure planned achievement of milestones and to keep stakeholders informed. The Program Manager will possess and demonstrate strategic thinking for reducing program risks and maximizing program benefits. This is a high visibility role with regular executive leadership interaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Works with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and plan automated communication projects to solve current business challenges and drive engagement, understanding and action. Work with the Omnichannel team to monitor and support current project progress and plans. Identify opportunities to improve project process and planning, while maintaining high quality automated communications to our student population. Manage, maintain and communicate current project progress on the Omnichannel JourneyBuilder roadmap; drive support and execute against a detailed project plan for future automated communication projects on the roadmap. Create, support, manage and monitor a University-wide Omnichannel roadmap, highlighting omnichannel performance and opportunities to increase engagement for our students. Identify, monitor and analyze Omnichannel KPI's as part of the Omnichannel roadmap; collaborate to develop and report on KPIs. Collaborate with functional leaders to understand, report, and communicate on opportunities to improve Omnichannel KPIs. Work with student-facing teams and subject matter experts to identify opportunities to improve Omnichannel capabilities for both users and students. Job Skills: Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes. Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional leadership is key to solving complex problems. Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction. Detail, data, and process driven with strong analytical skills. Desire to tackle challenging and diverse tasks. Exhibits sound judgment in making decisions. Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation skills are a plus. Experience working in digital and Omnichannel communications environments preferred. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience or experience in leading cross-functional project teams. Education: From an accredited institution, Bachelor’s degree required. Other: Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Typical office setting. Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor. Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job. Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant. Access information using a computer. Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain. Effectively cope with stressful situations. Strong mental acuity. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job. Other essential functions and marginal job functions are subject to modification.
