Cape Henry Collegiate seeks a full-time Business Office Assistant (BOA). This integral role focuses on customer service, answers and directs inquiries, assists with Student Accounts and the Bookstore, and supports other Business Office functions.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, organized, and proficient with financial data entry and professional written communication. The candidate will demonstrate the capacity to contribute in a positive manner to a team environment. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize the diversified workload.
The BOA represents the School at all times and must honor the confidential and sensitive nature of the responsibilities of all of the Business Office functions. Applicants for this full-time position should have 2 years’ experience in a clerical or administrative support position, preferably with some accounting knowledge.
