Capco is trusted by the largest players in the industry to lead the implementation of their data-related projects, from data strategy definition and policy-making all the way to migration to cloud, enabling analytics at scale and data monetisation. We are currently seeking to recruit management consultants with business analysis and project management experience, especially those who specialise in data-related transformation initiatives. Our consultants are passionate about data and catapulting the industry towards a new data-driven society, using their business and management skills to define and design the future for our clients, as well as organising and coordinating the delivery of these cutting-edge projects.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Experience in programme execution, business analysis and change management – proven ability to shape, design and manage the execution of data-related initiatives.
• Desired certification or knowledge of industry standards for business analysis and agile project management (e.g. BCS, CBDA, SAFe, Scrum and the Spotify agile model)
• Understanding of data management and technology concepts such as Data Governance, Data Privacy and Data Platforms (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS and on premise).
• Interest in being involved in projects related to new technologies and techniques, such as AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics.
• Desired experience working within Financial Services, in a data-related delivery role.
• Desirable experience as a Management Consultant
