Essential Duties

• Implementation, support and inventory control of Azure, AWS and Adobe Experience Manager applications
• Administrative support of reporting solutions including Tableau Server and Microsoft Power BI
• Provide support of our Incident Management processes utilizing technologies such as AppDynamics, Splunk and Evolven
• SSL certificate management, maintenance and implementation
• Setup and configure web application traffic through enterprise load balancing solution F5 local traffic manager
• Automate processes using Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft SQL and UiPath

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: $49,120-63,078. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.

Preferred Skills

• Very strong experience required in: System support and development for web based applications
• Experience desired but not required in .NET and .NETCore application framework support
• Understanding of IT service management and support processes
