Essential Duties

• Serve as contact between Accounting users and Information Services (IS) regarding technology issues and supply information as needed at request of leadership, company associates, andfinancial professionals
• Consult between Accounting, other operational departments, and sponsor companies in order to troubleshoot accounting data-related issues, operational processes and maintenance issues presented by system users and perform user acceptance testing on new and existing technology
• Troubleshoot accounting data-related issues using SQL programming, operational processes and maintenance issues presented by system users and perform user acceptance testing
• Coordinate development and enhancement of department technology, make recommendations to Accounting Leadership, and report technology release notes to Accounting users
• Provide customer service related to Accounting and supply information as needed at request of leadership, company associates, and financial professionals
• Update information in Accounting database software including but not limited to daily transactions, schedules, and general ledger entries related to receipt and reporting of revenue
• Manage sensitive and confidential matters though planning and protecting security of information, data and files

Education & Experience

Four or more years of related experience, education and/or training
