Description
We are looking for a talented teacher to take the lead on our two-week Illustration & Comics program between 15 July and 26 July. This program is an important part of Stafford House Study Holidays' portfolio, which is hosted by our state-of-the-art CATS Academy Boston High School in Braintree, MA. We have a dedicated, well-equipped studio from which to run the program.
Our Study Holidays welcome a diverse mix of young, international students from overseas. During our students' stay, they're immersed in learning with a fun and dynamic academic and activity program.
We're proud of how many teachers return to our summer school each year, describing their time with us as a fun, immersive teaching experience.
For students in our specialist programs, such as Illustration and Comics, you can expect a small group (less than 10) of intermediate English level students aged 14-18. You will have the same group over the two weeks.
CATS Academy art students have had incredible success over the years, being accepted into some of the most renowned art schools. Many of our faculty run specialist summer programs. You can expect students who want to immerse themselves in their specialist programs.

Requirements
Some of what you need to become part of the Stafford House Teaching Team:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in an arts-related subject.
• Teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Genuine interest in the teaching of young students.
• You must already have the right to work in the US.
• As this is a short-term program, you must be able to commit to the above dates.
