Field Marketing Specialist Seattle, WA; Boise, ID; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, Utah Primary Job Purpose The Field Marketing Analyst develops marketing strategies for the sales teams, delivers marketing assets and tools to be deployed in the field and supports all communication programs that drive toward the goals of increased sales and retention. General Functions and Outcomes Execute marketing communications projects such as newsletters, targeted campaigns, etc. in conjunction with sales teams and marketing colleagues. Organize and maintain marketing resources for sales and account management. Create specialized content for both internal and external campaigns and programs to ensure targeted, strategic sales support materials are available at all relevant points in the sales process. Conduct periodic audits of competitive sales collateral and make recommendations accordingly. Minimum Requirements Demonstrated experience in working effectively with teams of marketing colleagues, sales professionals and channel partners. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and with a variety of groups and individuals at all levels of the organization, including formal presentations and the facilitation of group planning sessions. Demonstrated familiarity with Business to Business marketing techniques. Operates with a high level of autonomy, able to accomplish assigned tasks proficiently and on time. Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and negotiate with peers to develop marketing plans that satisfy a wide variety of goals and objectives. Adept at maintaining a project plan and budget, tracking metrics and delivering progress reports to internal and external audiences. Trusted by leadership to manage a relationship with a key business partner. Can identify opportunities to scale solutions across different organizations and geographies. Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above The Field Marketing Analyst would have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field and 3 years of marketing of sales support communications experience, or a combination of education and experience.
