What you'll do as a Technical Recruiter:- You will manage all aspects of our recruiting process, including active recruiting, scheduling, and performing interviews, answering candidates' questions, and informing candidates of our benefit offerings, job opportunities, compensation structure, career paths, and family-centered culture.
- Assist in building CalTech's passive candidate pool through lead generation, sourcing, and cold calling.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with future potential candidates through various methods.
- Organize and host job fairs, outreach campaigns, and other events.
- Review candidates within CalTech's CRM and assign appropriate statuses, campaigns, tags, and notes as needed.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and build positive brand awareness within the communities we serve.
- You will also attend student group meetings and increase college awareness of our company before and after career fairs.
What skills you'll need:- You have a passion and eagerness for finding great people who fit our company culture.
- Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- You have at least 1 year of recruiting experience.
- You have the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Jobvite is a bonus.
Working ConditionsThis position involves in-office work and travel for recruiting events, relationship development, training, and team meetings. Some after-business hours will be required, as well as the use of a personal vehicle for job-related travel with mileage reimbursement.
