We have an immediate opening for a Tool Crib to join our 2nd shift (5:00PM - 1:30AM) in Santa Clara, CA! 

Tool Crib Responsibilities:

• Tracks inventory periodically, keeps records of tools issued to employees, and is responsible for overall tool management
• Conducts detailed analyses of tool performance and requirements and reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment to Supervisor
• Cleans, oils, and performs minor repairs on equipment
• Performs calibration of all measurement equipment located within the tool crib
• Writes requisitions and documents all repair/replacement records of the tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in inventory control
• Knowledge of tools and their intended use, tool accountability, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Safety programs

Pay:

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Eligible for Overtime (OT rate = Hourly Pay X 1.5)
• Employees on the swing shift receive an addition 10% differential towards their pay
  • 10% differential = Hourly Pay X .15
• Opportunity for a one-time retention bonus after a set number of completed regular work hours
