CallRail is looking for a UX Researcher to join our product team. We’re at an exciting stage of building a UX research team for our omnichannel communications product. We are looking for a mixed-methods researcher passionate about representing the user's voice in our product development. If you are a researcher who loves helping the team ask the right questions, translating customer data into meaningful stories, and inspiring new ways of thinking, then we would love to talk with you.
To excel in this role, you need to be a confident self-starter who collaborates well with other researchers, content designers, UX designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. You have strong research, storytelling, and organizational skills and constantly advocate for the user throughout the product life cycle. You’re a researcher who is curious about how to continuously evolve SaaS products with a human-centered approach and is willing to challenge and create new ideas informed by customer data.
On our cross-functional teams, you’ll be supported by a leadership team that has deep product and industry knowledge, a UX team that advocates for user-centered design, product managers who are thoughtful and UX-minded, and a technical team who has experience building successful products.
