Cali Dental is Hiring a Pediatric Dentist Near Los Angeles, CA

Pediatric Dentist – Santa Barbara County and San Luis Obispo County

We are a fast growing multidisciplinary private dental group looking to fill pediatric dentist positions at couple of our locations. We are fully paperless and equipped with latest dental technologies such as digital X-rays, digital scanners, pan-ceph machine and many more. In addition, we also offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentorship. This is a part-time position.

Compensation & Benefits:

- 40% to 45%* of Net Production.
- No capitation on % of Net Production
- Dental anesthesiologist available for IV sedation
- Flexible schedule

* Based on experience and availability

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
- Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family, and receive informed consents for treatments services
- Deliver quality dental care to every patient
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, pulp therapy, sealants, sedation dentistry, behavior management and preventative dentistry.
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
- Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment

Requirements:

- Pediatric Dentistry Residency preferred
- 1 Year Experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
