As a Warehouse Pallet Sorter at CALco, you will represent CALco working at our customer facility, using your talent and skills to efficiently manage the customer’s pallet sorting and recycling operation. This job in in Reno. The starting wage is $19 per hour. The shift is Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Warehouse Pallet Sorter Responsibilities

• Management of the customer’s pallet sorting and recycling operation
• Hand sort wooden pallets into groups of re-usable vs. recyclable pallets (70% of the job). This is a very labor intensive position.
• Use forklift to conduct floor sweeps to collect and relocate pallets from throughout the customer’s warehouse to designated sorting work areas (30% of the job)
• Use forklift to load and unload pallets on and off of 53’ van trailer
• Contact management to report any issues that need attention

Warehouse Pallet Sorter Requirements

• Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting of up to 50lbs
• Ability to self-start and work with limited supervision
• Minimum of 1 year experience of safe forklift operation
• High School Diploma/GED
