Customer Service Representative (CSR)
CALco Pallets is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable CSR to be part of our team. The CSR provides support to the CALco sales team by providing excellent customer service, and handling day to day order entry and follow up and by performing a number of daily administrative tasks, including:
- Account management
- Process customer orders
- Customer service and follow up
- Communication with customers via phone and email
- Maintain online sales lead software - Salesforce.com
- Managing administrative paperwork
- Managing spreadsheets
- Answering phones
- Other administrative duties as requested
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant personality
- Detail orientation and strong organizational skills
- Basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to succeed in a high-paced sales environment
- 1 year experience in an administrative sales support role
Position Highlights

Compensation
