Brilliance Dermatology is looking for one receptionist to join our 30 person strong team. We have two locations, Calabasas and Thousand Oaks. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working and takes initiative

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen phone calls timely
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Be able to speak with patients tactfully and professionally
• Organize and schedule patient appointments as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of answering multiple phone lines at once
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
