• Welcome Customers to the bakery and provide an iconic experience.
• Respond and follow up on leads through emails and customer inquiries.
• A strong driver of sales, assist customers in making their selection for cakes and pastries.
• Ring up sales on a POS system and process cash and credit card payments.
• Update Instagram and Facebook.
• Refresh Website with promotional items and current promotions.
• Networking and build relationships with venues and new vendors
• Assist the baking and decorating staff as needed.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Daily set of products upon arrival for customers to purchase, assist customers with products to their car and thank them for their business.
