As the Director of Operations, you will oversee production and strategy, manage a team of web developers, digital project managers and graphic designers, optimize workflows and serve as a liaison between the creative, editorial, and sales teams. You will manage the production of digital newsletters for all brands, guiding the workflow and consulting on the design and deployment of the newsletters and other email products. The Director of Operations will also assist with sourcing software and tools to help the digital, email and editorial teams solve business problems based on those tools & analytics. You will advise on the company’s tech stack for its websites, email and other processes, looking for ways to improve efficiencies.
