We are seeking a customer service minded and mechanically inclined candidate to join our Fresh Tap team as a Draft Technician. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service through cleaning and maintenance of draft beer systems in assigned accounts, as scheduled. Draft Techs are expected to support sales efforts by selling new draft and package placements, and features. The following outline lists specific duties for the Draft Technician.

Hours are between 6:30am and 5:00pm, depending on the route.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Service assigned accounts as scheduled by cleaning and maintain assigned draft beer systems, including ‘keg to tap’ responsibility, in accordance with procedures outlined in the Fresh Tap manual.
2. Maintain all systems in accordance with Fresh Tap manual. Fresh Tap manual is considered an integral part of this job description.
3. Utilize Fresh Tap application/tracking system per Fresh tap manual.
4. Complete inventory of all parts and handles in your assigned vans each week and return to Fresh Tap Manager.
5. Develop relationships with all assigned draught accounts and sell in new handles by selling the Fresh Tap Sales Call and service guarantee.
6. Meet assigned PFP goals monthly through service and sales calls.
7. Cover any calls or issues during each individual’s on-call rotation outside of normal hours both nights and weekends. On-call times and rotation in Fresh Tap Manual.
8. Obey and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
9. Work required Special Events and Festivals during each individual’s on-call rotation.
10. Obey all Federal, State, and local laws.
11. Adhere to the Fresh Tap dress code and remain properly groomed.
12. Ability to handle equipment safely and sensibly and taking responsibility for ensuring the safety of others.
13. Perform other duties as assigned

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Clean driving record (MVR) or within company Driving Points Policy
• Certification as outlined in FreshTap manual and career progression.
