Summary
The positions requires the incumbent to facilitate schedule changes of material to ensure that a demand equals delivery and reschedule as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Expedite all purchase orders and reschedule as needed
- Using CAE’s approved computer system, update expedite information
- Coordinate all changes with the cognizant buyer
- Post receivers
- Coordinate receiving issues with the cognizant receiving clerk
- Coordinate invoice issues with the A/P and the cognizant receiving clerk
- Filing
- Works under some supervision.
- Activities are guided by standards, plans, directives, or policies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma required, with three to five years of related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Detail Oriented
- Dependable
- Sound judgment and ability to prioritize activities
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Work Environment
- May be required to sit down for long lengths of time.
- May be required to climb stairs.
