Job Title: Environmental Services Assistant

Department: Facilities

Location: 401 Rutgers Avenue, Swarthmore, PA 19081

Schedule: Part-time; Non-Exempt; 4pm to 8pm; Monday to Friday; additional hours as needed

Job Responsibilities:

Completes cleaning needs for the organization, including but not limited to:

• Dusting and polishing furniture, doors, windows, and other surfaces
• Daily external canvass of Rutgers Avenue building to assess cleanliness issues
• Sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
• Collecting trash and debris from buildings, classrooms, and offices
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
• Deep cleaning in classrooms, offices, and day program locations
• Supply delivery
• Annual deep cleaning in all CLA homes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 Clearances

• Current drivers license, clear 3 year Motor Vehicle Record
• Abillity to operate a passenger vehicle, station wagon or car with adapted safety equipment skillfully and safely
