Some duties of this position are to secure revenue by invoicing customers, verify and post receipts, and resolving discrepancies. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate monthly progress contract billing Prepare lien releases Read and interpret customer contracts for billing Verify contracts are complete with all necessary information Communicate contract documents, change orders, modifications, approvals etc. to necessary parties Request needed documents such as Certificate of insurance, and/or preliminary information for required builders Research and resolve and issues pertaining to billing Ensure information is accurate Provide support at month end and fiscal year end Follow through on collections – processing, adjusting and resolve customer discrepancies ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: High School diploma or GED. AA degree preferred but not required. Must be organized, detail oriented General knowledge of accounting principles and math skills Analyzing Data entry skills Quick learning regarding online tools and software programs.
