This Campus Recruiter opportunity is a new role in North America - the world is your oyster! You will bring your enthusiasm and experience to create, execute, and lead the campus recruitment strategy from the ground up. What Our Campus Recruiters Do This Campus Recruiter will add critical value by impacting and scaling our ability to hire graduates and interns in our new Montreal office. This Campus Recruiter would also look to improve our quality & diversity of hire, ensuring global standards are adhered to, and seek out continuous improvement across the Global Talent Acquisition function. Our Campus Recruiter will join our North American team and report into our Recruiting Manager. The North American Talent team is a part of the larger Global Talent Acquisition organization. Our Campus Recruiters are also responsible for: Leading, owning, and driving full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategy to offer acceptance for Campus Recruitment within our business with a constant lens on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Collaborate with our Head of Global Graduate Program Manager to ensure global standards, candidate experience, and process are upheld. Responsible for the execution of full cycle recruitment of entry level and graduate candidates. Partnering with hiring managers of assigned functional areas to understand recruiting needs, business objectives, and resource planning. Lead planning and execution of campus events, and build strategic partnerships with key schools across the region. Ensuring that the recruitment process maintains high quality and that candidates’ assessment and experience are supported in a quality driven way. Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor to senior leadership with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire. Recommending and driving improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice. Collaborating and sharing best practices with the team/company. Mentoring and providing trainings to colleagues through delivery of global training workshops. Managing vendors (agencies, search firms, research firms etc.) to drive the recruitment process toward successful conclusion. Supporting the promotion of FNZ Group’s employer value proposition and brand in the market including representing FNZ Group at industry and networking events. What we are looking for: Bilingual in English and French. Bachelor’s degree preferred. In-house recruiting and/or agency experience. Experience leading campus recruitment across Montreal/Quebec. Experience in building upon and improving existing recruitment processes and supporting value initiatives (e.g., D&I, recruitment training). Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative, build strong, productive relationships. Maintain strict working practices within a robust governance framework. Portray positivity when faced with business adversity.
