About the job Within our US Food and Water Division, you will play a key role in leading our Food Separation sales team and will lead sales growth throughout the US markets In this role, you will be an active member of the Food and Water team and will contribute to the growth of the division. From a daily responsibility standpoint, you will: Drive our sales growth across our regional sales team, with focus on coaching, mentoring and managing the team including; Developing coverage in sub-regions, main markets and focus accounts Optimizing presence (in person and digital) Ensuring sales effectiveness (competence development) and efficiency (tools, travel) Co-ordinate sales support from Food Tech Services and Food Market BDMs What you know You have excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills. You have high energy, a positive attitude and enjoy developing the customer relationship. You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a technology or market role within the Food and Water division solution complex sales environment. Alfa Laval Internal candidates only.
