C Spire is Hiring a Partner Manager Near Alabama, TN

Overview

At C Spire, we are customer inspired. Every C Spire team member is charged with delivering a world class experience to every customer. Partner Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of all enterprise resale vendor partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship between C Spire and our enterprise technology partners to build credibility and trust and inspire long-term growth
  • Manage Partner certifications, specializations, and other program-related requirements in order to maintain or achieve desired Partner status 
  • Manage Partner investments, rebate programs, and marketing funds to ensure activities and milestones are achieved effectively
  • Collaborate with Partner channel, sales, and engineering teams to align their Go-To-Market strategy and Partner Programs with C Spire's goals and sales programs 
  • Manage Partner training programs, incentives, and other requirements to C Spire's sales and engineering team members 
  • Drive additional revenue and profitability by managing and tracking partner rebate, incentive and marketing programs
  • Prepare and deliver regular program performance reviews and QBRs with partners
  • Optimize Partner program and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance with the Operations, Technology, BI, and Finance teams
  • Grow the Partner account through direct and indirect Collaborations
  • Manage strategic areas to support overall company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of three year’s work experience in the IT industry with experience in vendor management, project coordination, and business development.
  • Must have working knowledge of IT concepts and IT landscape. Prior experience with IT VAR vendors is a plus.
  • Must be organized, detailed oriented, have good communication skills, and enjoy a team environment.
  • Must have strong written and presentation skills.

  • Organized: This role requires someone who is very organized and can manage and track multiple projects tasks occurring at the same time.
  • Analytical: Ability to dive deep into partner reports and metrics and make business decisions based upon this data.
  • Actionable: You are biased towards action and are never satisfied with the status quo.
  • Compelling: You clearly present your recommendations, back them up with data, and propose next steps.
  • Nimble: You are flexible and agile in changing business conditions.
  • Relational: You can be the face of the organization to our partners and take the partner message back to the internal team.
  • Teamwork: You can lead a team when required and be valuable contributing team member when required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer. Some travel may be required. Must be able to handle and move 20 lbs. or more.
