C&S Chemicals is Hiring a Plant Operator Near Hardeeville, SC
Job Description
- Operator will safely and efficiently assist with all daily chemical manufacturing operations
- Responsible for daily upkeep and housekeeping duties around the plant
- Safely operate and maintain equipment and machines around the plant, including skid steer loader, pumps, valves, etc.
- Safely handle chemicals wearing Personal Protective Equipment
- Assist in recording plant information into computer
Requirements
- Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, lift and/or move 50lbs, and work in hot and cold environments while wearing PPE
- Basic mechanical ability
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
