Compensation & Benefits Include:
- Project Managers within their first 12 months (post-90 day on-boarding period) at C&B can make from $62,000 to $75,000

Job Description:
- Compile and plan budget, cost estimates, and other financial estimates
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for all trades
- Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
- Understanding of project forecasting and projections
Job Requirements

- Strong organizational, oral and written communication customer service skills
- Dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
- Applicants must be client and detail oriented, reliable, determined to improve, and willing to be part of a team

- Analytical and able to problem solve in a timely manner under intense circumstances.
- Think outside the box to make adjustments and changes as required as situations dictate
