Role Description

45k-85k base commission. This is a full-time role as a Commercial Insurance CSR/Agent at StoneBuilt Insurance Agency in Clifton Park, NY. The Commercial Insurance CSR will be responsible for assisting clients with their commercial insurance needs, including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing policies, and processing claims. Additionally, the Commercial Insurance CSR will be expected to maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or Associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service at an insurance agency is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proficiency with insurance software
• Proficiency with an agency management system is also preferred but not required
• Property and Casualty insurance licenses and certifications as required by state regulations
• Life insurance license also preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
• Role will primarily focus on commercial service with an agent component for sales and commission
