Position: Insurance Claim Representative
Salary starting at $38,000
Incentive Potential of an additional $500 per monthLocation- Carmel IN
Basic Responsibilities:
● Monitor traditional and CPI insurance claims
● Follow-up on assigned open insurance claims until a claim is closed
● Approve invoices and submit check requests
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Communicate with insurance adjusters on traditional insurance claim processing.
● Focuses on the insurance adjuster by asking questions, listening and
determining solutions to problems.
● Communicate with Impound Lots, Body Shops, Tow Companies, Repo Agents
and Remarketing Specialists in order to manage, coordinate and negotiate terms
for the customer vehicles.
● Review and manage all expenses associated with traditional insurance claims.
● Receive information on all wrecked vehicles for customers involved in an
● accident reported to CNAC.
● Research the value of the vehicle through MMR, NADA and Asset Management.
Communicate with insurance adjusters and review the valuation we receive from
the insurance companies and make the determination if the settlement offer is
fair.
● Follow up on repairable claims to ensure that the collision damage is completed
satisfactorily.
● Process all traditional total loss insurance proceeds.
● Communicate with multiple departments regarding insurance claim status.
● Maintain the Insurance Log for organization of each claim.
● Miscellaneous duties assigned by the Asset Coordinator Manager

Educational Requirements:
● High school diploma or GED
Experience Required:
● Excellent organizational skills
● Keyboarding/computer skills

Physical Requirements:
● Frequently required to sit for long periods
● Occasionally required to stand & walk
● Frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 25lbs
