Job purpose: To generate appointments for automotive prospects contacting the dealership through
phone, internet lead submission, and text features.
Answer all incoming phone calls generated from dealer websites and or other sources of advertising.
Answer all incoming internet leads with email and phone calls.
Respond to all chat conversations from prospects.
Follow up with all prospects until contact is made.
Set all appointments for sales prospects. Communicate with all no-
show appointments and reschedule.
Track all activity in Discover, podium.
Keep all prospect and customer records up to date and accurate.
Communicate all appointment activity with appropriate managers and sales staff.
Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
Assist with the sales application process when sales staff are absent.
Pay rate $16.00-$18.00 per hr.
