Our team is hybrid, working remotely and from our global offices in London, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Barcelona, Melbourne, Boston and San Carlos. 

The Role

We're looking for a B2B SaaS Marketing Manager who’s excited to make a mark and contribute towards GatherContent by Bynder’s next stage of growth.

You’re committed to working systematically to run our proven existing channels and marketing programs, while being equally comfortable with testing and experimenting on new ones- operating in a continuously improving and outcome-focused environment.

Working as part of a best in class global marketing function, it's your mission to drive awareness and demand for GatherContent by Bynder solutions.

You’ll own the development of the marketing strategy and execution of it in collaboration with the extended marketing, business development and customer success teams.

Execute into agreed targets segments, ensure plans are shared and that you are collectively working towards meeting pipeline (trial/pql) and revenue goals.

You’re experienced with scoping and executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue- across customer acquisition, retention, and partner marketing initiatives and through a product-led growth marketing funnel.

You’ll have successfully navigated this role previously in at least one other B2B SaaS role.

Your super powers are being highly organised and able to execute- with an eye for process and detail. You thrive while spinning many plates.

You’ll be excited to use GatherContent by Bynder’s platform to drive the workflow for all of the content operations you’re spearheading with the marketing team and stakeholders. 

You’re a big believer in the power of quality content and can equally be a brand champion- helping us represent the problem space we help our customers with.

You will work closely with leadership to translate organizational objectives into briefs and campaigns. You will then be responsible for working with the functional specialists in the matrix marketing team at Bynder to deliver on the drumbeat of marketing execution.

You know how to develop and execute on a strong content strategy that aligns with the brand narrative, value propositions and buyer personas to engage across buying groups throughout the marketing funnel. Regular activities include:

  • Prioritize and coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to meet monthly goals
  • Drive high-quality production of content including digital events (webinars/fireside chats/podcasts), blog posts, website/email copy, social media posts, video snippets, ebooks, customer case studies, thought leadership pieces, etc.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in creative operations, product marketing, and customer success to create customer-centric content that excels across a variety of distribution channels
  • Evaluate, proofread, and give feedback on all content produced
  • Develop a variety of multimedia content and build promotional campaigns that tell a consistent story across our channels
  • Build relationships with experts and influencers to get feedback or act as content contributors
  • Find ways to repurpose our massive archive of digital content

Track KPIs against marketing goals to help inform and optimize prioritization of marketing tactics and overarching strategy, including:

  • Keeping a pulse on key business and marketing metrics and evaluating any trends 
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Identify themes, topics, and content types that will resonate with our audience and prospects

Previous experience required:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles, including a Marketing Manager role(s)
  • Previous accountability and successful track record generating results from your marketing campaigns and programs
  • Strong aptitude for organisation, process and optimization

  • In your element working in fast paced, rapidly changing environments across a global team and timezones
  • Used to working with goals, accountability and results
  • A systems thinker - able to operate channels and campaigns to run our marketing machine
  • Building a deep understanding of our product, and using this to deliver effective marketing which leads to revenue growth
  • Proactively speaking to customers and developing relationships with them that inform marketing
  • Fluent in using data to inform decision making
  • Proactively immersing yourself in the market, monitoring new opportunities for marketing
