Job Summary
Front Desk Associate: We are looking to fill our part time position for night audit on Friday's and Saturdays.
Reports To: Front Office Manager
We are looking to hire upbeat and exciting customer service providers who have a gift in making each and every guest feel like they are our top priority.
Responsibilities and Duties
Individuals will ensure prompt and courteous service to all in and effort to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction.
Is able to function as a Front Desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area to effectively assist guests.
No experience required. On the job training.
Qualifications and Skills
High School Education
Prior experience at front desk or customer service preferred but not a must.
General math knowledge.
Computer experience preferred.
Neat and clean appearance.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Clear speaking voice.
Reliable, dependable and honest.
Good communication skills.
Ability to be flexible.
