Buttercup Therapy Services (www.buttercuptherapy.org) is seeking a compassionate, and skilled OT to develop and direct an OT department.

Buttercup Therapy Services is a new private practice currently offering speech, language, and feeding evaluations, treatments, consultations, parent education, and school contracts to the central Texas region. With your help, we would love to provide multidisciplinary services to our clients.

Our practice is rooted in a relationship-based approach (NOT behavioral). Relationships with clients and their families are the most important prognosis factors for us.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat various disorders, specifically birth to 21 years old
• Document daily notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports
• Develop plans of care, materials, and take-home assignments
• Share client progress with families
• develop OT protocols and procedures
• develop OT materials to be used clinic wide
• manage additional servicing OTs

Required Credentials:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed OTR
• Licensed to practice in the state of Texas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• 1 years of teletherapy experience
• 1 years of experience with the pediatric population
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 2 years of business administration experience

Salary base begins at $85,000 a year.
