The Sales Professional is critically important to our growth and success. Responsibilities:
  • Enthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to our Core Values: accountability, continuous improvement, win/win (1 1=3), unity, integrity, safety, and respect
  • Prospecting
  • Networking
  • Meeting with prospects and clients
  • Presenting Proposals
  • Achieving sales goals to support company growth
  • Always represent the company and brand in a positive manner
  • Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the Sales Industry
Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Sales or similar role
  • Must have sufficient experience prospecting passive and active clients
  • Occasional travel to branch locations and sales events
  • Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work proactively for extended periods of time with minimal direct supervision
  • Possess a positive and friendly attitude
  • Be highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic software and online applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet web browsers.
  • Pass pre-hire drug test and consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug testing
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Must sign a confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-solicit agreement
Compensation:
  • Base Pay plus commission
  • Salaried benefits package
