Business Communication Solutions is Hiring an Administrative / Office Assistant Near Waunakee, WI

Business Communication Solutions (BCS) is a leading provider of variable print and electronic distribution for billing solutions. We are a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other peers to problem-solve and learn while fulfilling client requirements on a continuous basis.

This is a Part-time role - flexible on hours but with some consistency.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE/SCOPE OF POSITION:

  • Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
    • Answer Phones (light) and maintain the Reception desk for Visitors
    • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
    • Manage Purchasing of Office Supplies
    • Enter UPS and FedEx Shipping Labels
    • Other Projects as Assigned by Office Coordinator/CFO/President
    • Handles sensitive information Confidentiality
    • Open Communication/Reporting to President, CFO, and Accounting Manager
  • Billing and Accounting Support
    • Billing - Data Entry and Reconciliation of work orders
    • Enter and reconcile work orders into excel
    • Enter Vendor Invoices, Print Checks, Accounts Payable Reporting
    • Enter Deposits

Minimum Qualifications – Education, Experience, and Knowledge Required:

  • Knowledge of AR/AP using Quickbooks (helpful)
  • Good Excel Skills
  • Attention to Details
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Writing Skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18 - $20/hr based on experience
