Title: Transportation/Rental Coordinator

Department: Transportation

Reports to: Rental Manager

Job Objective:

To provide administrative support in the rental department, to allow for growth within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all overflow calls for rentals
• Assist with rental billing process
• Assist with staging outgoing freight for all departments
• Daily transportation log
• Coordinate daily logistics/dispatch for truck drivers
• Monitor drivers for efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain timecards for drivers and monitor overtime
• Maintain fleet (semi and trailers) annual inspections and DOT inspections
• Monitor expenses for semi and trailer fleet
• Handle permits for oversize loads company wide
• Handle overflow trucking for Warrendale, PA
• Coordinate and monitor freight expenses and recovery
• Backup to the rental manager
• Any other assigned duties

Education:

· High School Diploma or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
