BURNETT SPECIALISTS is Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper Near Pflugerville, TX
Burnett is so excited to be partnering with a leader in asphalt paving/coating industry! They have an office in the Pflugerville area and are looking to add a Full Charge Bookkeeper to their busy team. This role will be temp-to-hire and is moving quickly!
The position will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, including general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections and preparations of financial statements.
Main Duties:
- Maintain general ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Close year-end books
- Mail out quarterly tax filings
- Reconcile bank statements
- Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedule
- Monitor cash flow
- Invoicing
- Process customer payments
- Collections
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years experience in full-charge bookkeeper role
- Experience with QuickBooks Contractor Pro
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of people
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Motivated, self-starter
- Detail oriented
Location/Hours/Salary
- Office is located in Pflugerville, TX
- Role will be onsite to start, but could move hybrid once trained
- Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Starting salary will be $23-$25/hr, DOE

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
