PROPERTY MANAGER OPPORTUNITY!
The Hurth and Park Senior Apartments – Portsmouth, OH
Do you enjoy making a difference in residents’ lives by providing excellent customer service? Burlington Capital Properties has a fantastic full-time property management opportunity at The Hurth and Park Senior Apartments in Portsmouth, Ohio. This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with some weekend and evening hours.
If you have demonstrated experience and abilities in the areas of leadership, customer service, sales, resident relations and retention, this could be the role for you!
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Annualized base salary starting at $39,000
- Paid sick days

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations, on-site assets, and personnel
- Interact and communicate effectively with personnel, residents and prospective residents
- Provide oversight of resident retention and leasing functions
- Perform financial reporting and recordkeeping
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience required with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and/or Subsidized Housing
- Minimum of three years’ experience in property management industry preferred
- Prior supervisory experience in a management position required
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience required
- Ability to follow directives, communicate effectively, and work with minimum supervision
- Basic math / bookkeeping and computer skills required
