Maintenance Technician – Rising View
Immediate Opening!
Burlington Capital Properties manages quality homes at Rising View in Bellevue, Nebraska near Offutt Air Force Base. We are now seeking a qualified maintenance technician who will maintain and complete repairs in the existing and newly renovated homes of our service men and women. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and assist in meeting the community’s home needs and expectations. Service vehicle provided.

JOB DUTIES
- Perform maintenance repairs to include heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and floor coverings
- Perform appliance repairs
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Follow safety and liability guidelines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- HVAC required; minimum one year of maintenance experience
- Possess adequate appliance repair skills
- Possess adequate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other skills
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required
- Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
- One year of multi-family housing maintenance experience preferred
- Must have basic understanding of the English language and be able to communicate with coworkers
- Must interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and general public
- Ability to exercise schedule flexibility to accomplish goals
- May be required to be "on call" as directed by management
Competitive compensation and benefits package will be discussed during interviews.
