Position Overview
Burkhart Dental Supply, a family & employee-owned industry leader, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Anchorage, AK!
In this role… You will coordinate the activities of the Field Service Technicians.
What success looks like…
- Process service requests received directly from Burkhart clients and Account Managers
- Schedule/dispatch service technician for on-site client repairs
- Coordinate, schedule, follow-up and maintain files for preventative maintenance program
- Administrate all phases of factory repairs of client equipment
- Professional and courteous to visitors; effectively answers, screens, and transfers calls
- Perform and ensure completeness of administrative requirements of Service Dept. including; but not limited to:
- work order review, tracking, communication with customer if outstanding
- review all completed W/O’s and Trip &Time sheets before sending to Tacoma
- maintaining branch work order files
- order / receive / distribute parts
- coordinate and track branch vehicle maintenance
- review Technician expense reports
- complete / review Service time sheets
What you’ll need…
- Communicates professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Effective prioritization, organization & time management skills
- Self-motivated and driven – often works independently with limited supervision or direction
- Ability to coordinate and control service schedules
- Strong decision making skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications and willingness to learn PowerPoint and others as needed

The salary range for this position is: $55k - $65k annually.
