Job Scope:
Identify, assess, and secure prime land purchases for the organization in various markets across the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, negotiating land acquisitions, performing land use & financial analysis, and negotiating purchase agreements. The Land Development Manager is also responsible for participating in due diligence, land planning, E&S, & title analysis. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who understands the dynamics & challenges of the land market. To be successful, you must demonstrate an understanding of market trends & the ability to pivot & create strategies to take advantage of acquisition opportunities.
