Burgess Steel, located in Englewood NJ, is a major fabricator and erector of structural steel and miscellaneous iron in metro New York City. We are currently seeking an Operations Office Administrator who can support our operations departments managers as wells as the project purchasing and cost management team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Office Administrative at Burgess Steel located in Englewood, NJ. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and records, providing support to managers, assisting purchasing department with project invoice processing, and assisting in daily office operations. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
harePoint, Office 365, Excel, Microsoft Office Outlook, and Word.
Microsoft Access, Xact Time Payroll, and Sage a plus
Salary negotiable. We offer benefits including health, 401k and bonus plans.
