We help our customers get ahead and stay ahead with estimating and job management software to manage the job end-to-end, from first contact and quote to final invoice. Our cloud software is now used to estimate and manage hundreds of millions of dollars of profitable construction jobs across Australia, New Zealand, North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland. We are a "scale-up” business, continuing to expand our business globally.

Our People Experience team ensures that our people experience integrity, simplicity, customer success and empowerment during their time at Buildxact. We keep the business on track by hiring and developing the right people and providing our teams with the tools and experiences they need to do their best work. We prioritize, we flex, we look-ahead, we consider carefully, and we get things done.
Reporting to the CFO, you will work to execute and support global and local Buildxact people initiatives, while also working with local people leaders and team members to help drive business goals by supporting them through performance related initiatives, processes, policies and programs and programs. We're continuing to grow in North America, so if you see something that has not been built or needs improvement, it's yours to nail!
