Keeps management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints. Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites. Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off. Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.Other duties as required. Supervisor ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities. Requirements and QualificationsMinimum Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).Minimum experience required: One (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCompetencies: Oral and written communication skills.
